The FREE SHOP retail concept was redesigned to enhance the shopping experience and improve product presentation through a new space organization, more effective visual merchandising, and stronger brand recognition.

Starting from an analysis of the existing store concept—characterized by visual clutter, unclear customer flow, and storefront windows that limited visibility—we developed a new retail environment that combines functionality, display efficiency, and a stronger visual identity.
